Is there a password forgotten function in the forum and where can you find it?

On the first page, where the login/password fields appear, find the little question sign (?) — following the Password field... click it. Follow the instructions.

It's not available on this forum, because it's demo and the emailing functions are disabled here. It also could not be available on some other forum, where emailing is turned off.
